I’m a 33yr old fit working mummy. I have lived in this property for nearly 8 years now. It’s a lovely clean home, in a quiet location and only 5 mins away from Westfield Northlakes. I currently live with my friendly 8yr old son and my roomie who moved in 4 years ago. They just purchased a new house so I am now looking for a new roommate. Everything apart from the bedroom to rent is fully furnished. The complex is quiet, safe, has plenty of parking and also includes a large pool with bbq and entertaining area. I am a very tidy person, I like to have everything kept clean and in its place but also make sure that’s it’s still a home everyone feels comfortable in. Preferably looking for a female to share with but I am open. I keep to myself and will make sure you have your space but I’m also a friendly person so do not mind a good chat. In my spare time I like to go to the gym, beach and catch up with family or friends. My son loves his football and playing Fortnite on the PS. Ideally I like the home kept as a sanctuary for relaxing.
