Hi, I’m Kim
I’m reaching out here because I’m hoping to find two kind, like-minded women (50+) to share my home with in Mango Hill.
About the home
It’s a calm, comfortable home in a modern estate with a really lovely lifestyle feel:
• Parks and walking paths
• Pool access
• Peaceful, secure area
• Close to shops and transport
I’m also within walking distance of Mango Hill East train station, close to Westfield North Lakes, and near a great local shopping centre with cafés, a gym, a doctor, a dentist, pathology, restaurants, and more.
The rooms
I have two furnished bedrooms available, and you would share a bathroom.
• Furnished rooms (Queen bed, bedside table with lamp, fitted mirrored wardrobes). Can accomodate if you prefer unfurnished.

Finley 🐾
I share my home with my sweet small dog Finley, so it’s important that you love dogs and are happy to have him around. He’s a gentle little companion and very much part of the home.

The true master of the house is Finley, my gorgeous Cavoodle, who's equal parts loyal companion and chief welcoming committee. If you're a dog lover (or at least dog-tolerant!), you'll have a furry friend who's always pleased to see you.
I'm an INFJ, which means I genuinely value meaningful connections and good conversation over a coffee, but I also need my space to recharge – especially as I work from home most days. I'm looking for that sweet spot where we can enjoy each other's company without being in each other's pockets. There's something really lovely about housemates who appreciate both a good chat when the moment's right and the comfortable independence of doing your own thing.
I'm not one for loud gatherings, and I like to keep things reasonably tidy without being precious about it. What matters most to me is finding housemates who bring a spirit of kindness, honesty, and consideration to our shared home, while respecting that we all need our own rhythm and space.

I'm looking for someone who's naturally tidy in shared spaces (we all have our own rooms to do with as we please!) and reliable with the basics like rent and bills. It's really just about being a decent human who respects the home we're sharing.
I think the best housemate situations happen when everyone's got their own life and interests happening – you're doing your thing, I'm doing mine – but we can also enjoy a chat when our paths cross. There's something really lovely about that balance of independence and connection.
