Situated at the top end of North Lakes, 5 minutes from Westfield shopping precinct. Quiet leafy location, with short walk to public transport. Room has built in wardrobes, ceiling fan and a queen size bed. All windows and doors, have security screens. Separate bathroom and toilet, next to room. House is fully furnished, with large living space. Outdoor covered area, backing onto small well maintained yard.

The complex has a swimming pool for Tennant's and their guests, perfect for cooling off in the summer heat. Close to Mango Hill East station, handy for commuters of public transport. The house is fully furnished, no need for anything. The room comes with it's own bathroom, with shower and bath.

I'm am a single father of 3 children, boy 11 and 2 girls, aged 13 & 15. I have shared custody every second weekend, then it's just me and my eldest. Rent is low for the area, as I understand it's not everyone's thing living with children. The rent includes internet connection, within normal usage parameters.

Bell is my eldest daughter, she usually keeps to herself and Ipad, she does talk occasionally.
Sophie, is the middle child. She is, very friendly and loves to cuddle. She will be the most talkative in the house, and will want make you feel at home. ( only here part time)
Luke is my youngest, he's friendly once he get's past his shyness. He can be very loud, him and Sophie are thick as thieves. ( only here part time)
