Will be the lead tenant, first time doing so, im a very anti argument person but will call out injustice when seen. always clean up after myself clean as you go household. Will be having to refurnish the house but all the essentials will be set up by move in. Looking for long term tenants so I don't need to constantly worry about finding housemates.
