Our place is a beautiful, modern townhouse built just two years ago, so everything feels fresh, clean, and contemporary. It’s bright and welcoming, with a spacious open-plan living area, a stylish kitchen with plenty of storage, and quality finishes throughout.
The home has air conditioning for year-round comfort, plus a lovely patio and small garden, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or unwinding after a long day. This room also includes access to one secure garage space.
Location-wise, it’s super convenient. We’re approximately 20–25 minutes’ drive to the CBD (traffic dependent), close to Westfield Chermside, and just 5 minutes from Everton Park. Multiple bus stops are only a few minutes’ walk away, making transport easy. We’re also around 7 minutes from St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside and St Charles’ Hospital.
The neighbourhood is peaceful and friendly. McDowall Village is about a 10-minute walk and includes a grocery store, pharmacy, medical clinic, hair and nail salon, and more. There are also multiple parks nearby, plus access to reserve bike and running tracks.
Overall, it’s a well-kept, calm home offering comfort, convenience, and a relaxed modern lifestyle.

Me and my 2 other house mates are moving out in 2 weeks time, so we’re looking to fill the house before we go with lovely, like-minded girls aged 18-mid 20s.
One room has already been secured by Abbey (22F), who works full-time at Kallangur Hospital. She enjoys going to the gym and values a peaceful, calm home environment.
The home will remain furnished in the shared areas as shown in the photos. A fridge, washing machine, and microwave will need to be arranged between the new housemates, and we’re hoping to find someone open to organising that together once everyone is confirmed.
We’re looking for a friendly, tidy, and respectful girl who would love to be part of a relaxed and supportive home. Ideally someone who values a clean space, peaceful energy, and a drama-free environment where everyone feels comfortable.
