The apartment is on top of the train station, 10 minute walk to ferry terminal and bus stops all around. So super accessible.

Coles is 10 minute walk or Toowong village 5 minute train ride. It's also on park road which is full of restaurants and fast food restaurants.
Utilities are not included in rent however are split between everyone every quarter.
