Home Description

Description of the home

Master suite is at one end of the house. Two bedrooms down the other end. Brand new building, never been lived in before. The flat is a few blocks away from the main road and the area is leafy and quiet.

I have a beautiful little dog called Crumpet. She is a 5 year old Spoodle and is incredibly friendly and affectionate. She is totally house trained and is generally very well behaved. As a poodle mix, she does not shed or produce any fur that might create allergies. Whoever moves in must be ok with her being on the chairs and couch etc. Hopefully whoever moves in is a dog lover.

The third bedroom is my baby’s, when he is with me.

About occupants
Hi, I’m Lizzy. Welcome to anyone who wants to share a home with me and my babies, Crumped (dog). I am 41 years old, soon to be 42 (unfortunately). I am a registered nurse and I specialise in oncology. I am taking extended leave at the moment to spend time with my son. He does not live with me right now as I am not in the best of health. I see him during the day and take him to his dads in the late afternoon:early evening. At some point, he will start staying overnight, one night a week and progressing slowly. The most I will ever have him will be 50/50 with his dad. That is not in the foreseeable future however. I do not have a date to return to work so I will be living at home full time. I am a bit shy and fairly quiet. I mostly enjoy reading and spending time with my two babies. I would say that the most important thing to me in life, after the kids is coffee. I am a bone fide coffee snob. I grind all my coffee fresh and love to try different local bean roasters. I am currently single but get along with the father of my baby extremely well and we co parent without any issues.
Compatible people
I am looking for one person only, no couples or groups sorry. You would have to be a non smoker and not into a party lifestyle. I have absolutely no problem with having people over for a good time or coming home late from a night out. However I would not like this to be habitual, or being done multiple times a week. You would have to be happy to have my dog all throughout the home, except obviously your room and bathroom.

You would have to be clean and tidy and always clean up after yourself. Household chores will be split between the two of us. I would hope that we develop a nice friendship. I think when living with another person it is too both people’s benefit to get along and enjoy each other’s company.
Description of pets
My dog Crumpet is a delight. She is almost 6 but still has the energy of a puppy! She is very well housetrained and is generally very well behaved. She is very loving and affectionate and would love you to love her. She does get very excited when first meeting people but has never been aggressive to any person, or other dog. She does not shed and does not create allergies, due to the poodle in her. I really hope whoever moves in can be friendly with her.
