Good operational kitchen with two good size fridges with freezers. Only 5 kms to Brisbane city and 6 minute walk to a good bus route. There is a Taven 10 mins walk away and has $15.00 main meals & happy hour on Friday nights, which is popular with the locals. Any more information just message me.) An alfresco area under deck is also available for all to use (waiting for tradie to finish by 9/11/24). A 5 min walk to Woolies Moorooka, 3 min walk to chemist, 10 min walk to local tavern which has $15.00 meals, 4 min walk to a choice of 6 bus routes to and from city Mon to Fri; on Sat & Sun a choice of 3 bus routes to & from city. A 1,200 metre walk to the Yeerongpilly train station (Gold Coast Line.) Most Fri nights we try to have a small camp fire in a brazier in the back yard with BYO drinks. The back yard is large with lots of trees. We are having an issue inputting photos. Hopefully this will be resolved.
