Sunny large room with plenty windows, queen bed , desk, wardrobe and set of drawers. Ceiling fan. Old Queenslander house so plenty of quirks but clean and well kept. Gas stove. And plenty small appliances. ALL bills included, including internet. We are early to rise and early to bed /shift workers. Not a party house and no loud noise etc as part of complex and elderly neighbour. Car port under very large deck. I supply basics such as detergent/laundry/basic foods etc/ you will receive a list of what I supply. I also supply ALL new linens,pillows, sheets , towels etc. We are friendly and happy 😃 home is our chill out . Relax and enjoy the quiet! NOT for gamers or late night entertainment.

Hi, my name is Melanie iam 66 yo hard working person,and love my plants and little garden area. My old dog Pep is extremely friendly and loves the company, she will always be happy to see you when you get home. This is an old Queenslander, so expect some quirks!, IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A QUIET PEACEFUL HOUSE THEN THIS IS THE PLACE!. we are quiet here and respect downstairs neighbours by not making a lot of noise. . I supply a lot of basic items which I will supply a list for. I clean the house which includes,vacuuming and dusting, We have only one set of rules and that’s clean up after yourself. We have the odd chat drink and eat together. But for the most we just respect each other’s boundaries. TRUST, RESPECT ,is big on my agenda as all I have is what you see. Iam the only one on lease . Applicant MUST be working or work/study. CLEAN and TIDY. Other tenant is girl from Columbia . I usually don’t answer to profiles with no background or photo!
