Move in cost:
3 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance
Room 1: $270

Carpark:
$20 per week for a secured remote access under cover parking. Subject to availability.
Unfortunately, there's only 1 available but there's plenty street parking.

Optional:
$10 per week towards cleaning lady to come in fortnightly clean if everyone struggles to make time for weekly roster clean.

Inspection:
I work 9-5pm so anytime in the eve during the week
