Hi, my name is Jamie, I am a single dad with a 12 year old son. I work full time close to home.. The house is in a quiet street with friendly neighbours, close to shops (Morayfield mall, bunnings, ALDI etc), transport, and local amenities. My house was built in 2009, sits on 825m2 with a generous backyard. I have internet (included in the rent). . I do have another tenant in the house who is very quiet, keeps to themselves most of the time and works at the local shops.
