Our home offers a relaxed, welcoming lifestyle with two flexible rental options:
Option 1: Rent two separate bedrooms, ideal for two individual tenants. Each tenant has their own bedroom and shares a comfortable lounge and outdoor entertaining area with the other housemate.
Option 2: Rent one bedroom as a couple. In this arrangement, you'll enjoy exclusive use of your own lounge and outdoor entertaining area, and the second bedroom will not be rented, giving you added privacy. Please note that the rental price for a couple is higher than for a single room.
The home also features a beautiful grassed backyard, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the outdoors.
Small, friendly pets are welcome. There's a doggy door from the kitchen leading to the outdoor deck and backyard. I also have a friendly 14-year-old Maltese Shih Tzu named Audrey, who loves having company.
