This home will only ever have 3 people in it my brother and the 2 people i select to move in. I am building a investment property in bellmere so if the right people work here ill put them in my house in bellmere and on the lease with the realestate. We are chasing quite people , no partying , no drugs , clean spotless people . The bathroom will only be shared with 1 other person everything is included even toilet paper you just have to buy your own food .

Hi my brother tim will be at property he keeps to himself , im responsible for the property im a fifo worker. The property has cleaners and a person who mowes the lawn. Tim my brother is on the pension due to a truck accident and has careers who attend to his needs . He looks and talks normally but had a major truck accident 4 yrs ago . Tim is spotless zero dramas and thats the people we are chasing. I dont live at the property but will be around to say hello every so often. My wife will be there more then me as she is 1 of tims careers.
