Ideal for overseas students. It is a secure gated complex consisting of only eight semi-detached townhouses. Access is only by key or zapper. Rooms are very clean with new carpets throughout in the bedrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Built in robes in all bedrooms.
The available is bedroom No2. It has a king single bed, desk, chair and fitted wardrobe. The bathroom is shared with bedroom No3 and has a shower, toilet and handbasin. See photos.
Downstairs open plan living and kitchen with air-conditioning leads onto a small private patio with sitting area.
Conveniently located just 10 minutes walk to the Morningside Train Station. Trains run every 15 minutes to the city or alternatively to Manly Beach. There is a bus stop right outside the gate which goes to Cannon Hill shopping centre.
The Complex also has a small swimming pool, great for our hot weather.
