Description of the home
Our roommate is moving out with her partner, so we're looking for another female to join our home in Morningisde :) The house is in a great location, close to the public transport, shops, cafés and gyms. There is a large ensuite available on the third level (all to yourself). Walk in wardrobe, balcony, bathroom.
Two other girls including myself in mid to late 20s. Jess and I are on the first floor and we share a bathroom. The second floor is the common area (kitchen, dining room, balcony etc).
Jess works FIFO (Thursday to Thursday) and I work full-time in local gov and I'm usually out and about. We are clean and easygoing. We like to make the home the place to recharge and relax.
We're both pretty independent and respectful of other's space and privacy, but always down for a chat. We're after someone who's tidy, considerate and looking for a relaxed place.
