Hey there! I’m looking for a friendly roommate to join me in this beautiful Mount Gravatt home. Heads up, the furniture in the photos is now different and your room would be unfurnished (but I do have a spare queen bed and desk if you need!)

- Rent: $350 per week (inclusive of all bills and internet)

It’s a 5-10 minute walk to Mount Gravatt Plaza, Big Top/Homemaker Centre, cafes, gyms and the bus. Westfield Garden City is a 10 minute bus away. Griffith University Mount Gravatt is just down the road, and Griffith University Nathan campus is close too.
