Due to circumstances I am looking for a new roommate for my flat in Merthyr Road, New Farm. This lovely flat has a large kitchen and a large living area. You will have your own private bathroom and own bedroom that is attached to the balcony. This bedroom is unfurnished however, the rest of the flat is already furnished. You will also have access to on and off street parking and access to the garage. Rent is $325 a week and the bond amount is $1300. Move in date is any time from 10/05/2024. Electricity is paid every 3 months and Wifi is about $35 each a month.

The flat is about a 3 minute walk from New Farm village and includes Cole's, New Farm Deli, a Bakery and other shops.
The flat is also extremely close to New Farm Park and all of the walking tracks (One of my favourite parts about living here). Howard Smith Wharves and Fortitude Valley are also in walking distance as well as accessible access to transportation such as Ferries and Buses.

I am currently 20. I work part time and I study a Bachelor of Nursing/Psychology at QUT. For me, I am looking for either a Uni Student or someone who has just graduated and is working. Preferably I would like someone between the ages of 20-24, who has a year/more of previous rental history.
