Description of the home

We are in a two floor, two bedroom townhouse in New Farm. It has a garden, each bedroom has its own balcony, there is private garage space and a nice sized living room/ kitchen area, as well as a bathroom and two separate toilets. I don't think you'll find that at a better price in New Farm to be honest. All windows and doors have a fly screen so most of the bugs stay out in the summer. Bedroom and living room have air con. Kathryn has furnished the place so feel free to discuss if you need to bring your own things or if you're happy to use what's already here. The house is a 5 minute walk from Merthyr Village Shopping Centre and there are bus routes to the city right outside the property.

You'll be living with my housemate Kathryn. She has the house furnished and you're welcome to use anything, or bring anything you want if you have your own things like a bed, for example. She is excellent at keeping the place clean after herself. She works Monday to Friday in hospitality. She's a lovely person and is pretty quiet so won't be partying every weekend, but still sociable. I think she's a great person to live with so drop me a message and we'll arrange a house inspection.
