Beautiful, spacious two-storey apartment in the heart of Newstead, close to everything you need. Just a short walk to bus stops and around 10 minutes to Fortitude Valley train station. Gasworks, Woolworths, Aldi, cafes, restaurants and local shops are all close by.
The apartment has high ceilings, large windows and a lovely indoor-outdoor feel. Its open-plan living and dining area with large sliding doors opening onto the balcony. All living areas and bedrooms have ducted air conditioning.
The apartment has three bedrooms plus a separate office, with a large shared bathroom between you and one other roommate. The apartment is fully furnished apart from the available bedroom, although some furniture can be provided if needed. A lovely, spacious and convenient home in a fantastic Newstead location.

I’m fit, active and love keeping busy. I’m really into pole dancing, roller skating, golf, walking and exercise in general. I have a recumbent bike, chin up bar, weights and lots of exercise equipment in the apartment which you are welcome to use.
Our household is social and friendly, but I’m also very respectful of everyone’s space and privacy. I spend quite a bit of time in my bedroom, which is lovely and spacious, and I usually leave the lounge room free in the evenings so my other flatmate can cook, relax and enjoy the common areas.
I’m clean, respectful and easygoing, and I’m looking for someone who is similar — someone who enjoys a friendly home but also appreciates having their own space. I have a 4yr old black SHD kitty called Digger
Jordan is 21 and works in hospitality. She usually works mid morning to early evenings. She loves to go out and socialise. She’s creative and enjoys drawing and doing art. We are close and have previously worked together and have lived together for the past year.
