Spacious and with lots of natural light, it easily accommodates a queen-size bed and other furniture. The main window in the bedroom has a view of the garden. Has ducted AC and fan in the rooms.
There are two bathrooms available, one upstairs and one down. The upstairs bathroom has a large spa bath and is shared with the other housemate. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity.
The townhouse comes with its own private outdoor backyard/garden area and BBQ facilities.
The house also has ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans. The communal areas are almost fully furnished.
Prefer a Non-smoker and a social drinker is okay.
