The house is located in a quiet part of North Lakes. I have one room up for rent but you’ll have a choice of two rooms to choose from. Bedroom 1 in the photos is bigger than bedroom 2 but bedroom 2 has a balcony. You’ll have your own bathroom. Ceiling fans in both rooms and also ducted air-conditioning. I have great neighbours who I am very friendly with. There is parking either on the road or on the driveway. The house is a 2 story townhouse. The living area, kitchen, laundry, and toilet is all downstairs. There are three bedrooms located upstairs as well as the main bathroom which will be your bathroom. There is a small backyard with a washing line and a garden shed.

I have a four-year-old spoodle who is my absolute world so you need to be comfortable with dogs. He is very friendly and energetic.

The house is located about a 10 minute drive away from Mango Hill East station and Dakabin station. It was only about an eight minute drive to Westfield North Lakes, and a five minute drive to reach the motorway.

The rent includes the Internet but it does not include electricity, water or gas which will be split 50-50 every three months when the bills come in.

I’ve lived in the house for about five years and I was the first person to live in it so it is still fairly new and modern. The bedroom comes unfurnished so you will need to provide your own furniture.

About the occupants
I am a 28-year-old single female, I live a fairly active lifestyle. I go to the gym every day I walk and I also run. I work full-time Monday to Friday in the city so I am gone most of the week. I do work one day from home on a Thursday, which is why I have an office.

I enjoy baking, reading books and going to the beach. I am a very relaxed and chilled person. I do spend a bit of time at home on the weekends but I do also go hang out with friends or see my family.

Looking for a flatmate who is quiet, relaxed and clean. I don’t mind a little bit of chitchat in the afternoon when we get home from work but also someone who is fine to do their own thing and respect each other’s privacy.

I have the lease on this house until the end of January so I ideally looking for someone to finish the lease with me.
Description of pets
My dogs name is Kobe. He is 4 years old. He is incredibly friendly! I walk him twice a day, so he’s normally pretty relaxed when you’re home. He will get excited when you first get home but then he will chill out. He will most likely want to hang out with you when I’m not home.
