The home is an older Queensland cottage with plenty of charm and character, lovingly maintained and in great condition. It’s fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need, including a fridge, washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, air conditioning, and a surprising number of kitchen gadgets that nobody strictly needs but somehow became essential.

The available bedroom includes a large built-in wardrobe, a ceiling fan, reverse-cycle air conditioning, and a bed with a near-new mattress (which can be removed if preferred). Additional furnishings are available if needed.

There’s also a separate studio cottage in the backyard set up as a lounge / office space for your use if you work from home.

The room would be particularly well suited to someone relocating to Brisbane or looking for a hassle-free home base to get set up and start their Brisbane experience. Plus, the neighborhood is a gem—leafy, peaceful, and just a 5-minute walk to not one, but two exceptional microbreweries in the area! And for commuters, it’s incredibly convenient—Northgate Station is right there, giving you easy access to Brisbane CBD and the airport.
