I live in a complex of 53 townhouses, newly built, with a really lovely pool and barbecue area. 2 km from Woolworths, doctors, chemist and 0.5 km to a train station. 2 minutes drive to Nudgee Beach.

I have a small courtyard, 2-level living townhouse. Living space is downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs. A 3rd bedroom is a home office and is easily big enough for 2 people to share it. Reverse cycle aircon everywhere.

I work from home, so it's best you have an outside from home job to give us space.

Queen size bedroom, own toilet and bathroom and under cover garage. A pet could be considered.

**About about me:**
I'm an introvert, I’m warm, kind and engaging… while I like to chat with my flatmate and hear how their life is progressing, its also really important to have my own quiet time and privacy.

My interests are podcasts, nature, movies, trying new recipes, some exercise and nanna naps! I’m more of an early bird than a night owl (I've shared with a shift workers before so I’ll be quiet in the unit if we have different lifestyles).

I'm almost a non-drinker.
Don't play loud music (wear my ear pieces if I want to listen to music). I actively work toward having a gentle, quiet home.
