The house is a modern 2 storey home.
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs - three are used as bedrooms, and one is a spare bedroom/office. The living areas, kitchen, another toilet, and big covered outdoor deck is on the ground level.
You’d be sharing the main bathroom with only one person. It’s good a rainfall shower head and nice bath.
The best part of the house is the awesome deck and pool combo. There’s a hot outdoor shower, heaps of storage space everywhere, and an empty double garage too.

Jarred will be the remaining tenant - I’m moving out to be closer to work, and Tara is looking at moving out in the next few months to move in with her partner.
Jarred is originally a country boy. He’s super friendly, kind and works a fair bit, so he doesn’t actually spend a huge amount of time at the house. When he’s here, he’s happy to chill and chat on the couch.
When it comes time for Tara to move out, she’ll ensure the new tenant for her room is a good match for everyone. It is worth noting that some of the communal furniture will be moved out when this happens - Jarred has a Ute and is happy to hunt for marketplace bargains 😊
