Just a 5 minute walk from Nundah Village with plenty of restaurants and Woolworths, as well as the train station.
There’s a big balcony with some plants and a little herb garden you’re welcome to use or add to. I've only been here since January so haven't added any outdoor furniture.

The apartment is modern and clean, and is fully furnished except for the bedroom, so not looking for someone who will bring a lot of things. I really like the apartment and it has great privacy on the balcony with nice neighbourhood trees to look out on. I am currently sharing a car with a friend so when I don't have it, you can park in the building, otherwise there is plenty of street parking around as well as visitor parking under the building.

Hey, I’m Matt, 36, primary school teacher, easy-going, friendly, and enjoy keeping active at gym or out in nature, while still very much valuing my down time at home. I've been a big traveller my whole life and slowly winding down now but do like to add in trips each year still. I've just moved to Brisbane from Melbourne as of January. I like to keep the place looking neat and clean, in saying that I'm certainly not someone who is OCD about it. Lover of a good tv series or movie, cooking when I'm not too lazy and love to have a chat but at the same time enjoy my own time as we all do. I love to watch AFL, and have just started playing tennis again after a few knee surgeries.

As any adult I think would say, I’m after someone who’s respectful at home, cleans up after themselves, helps out with general chores, and is just an easy-going person to live with. I’m happy for you to have guests over and keen for someone who’s up for a chat or drink now and then, but this isn’t a party house. I haven’t had a housemate in about five years, so ideally not looking for someone who works from home or spends most of their time in the house. Honestly, if you're just a chilled, easy going person then we will get along more than fine. Bonus points if you’re into AFL!
Description of pets
Got a long haired domestic house cat named Louie. There will be cat hair at times getting stuck to clothes, so I keep several stick rolls around! She is 2 and a half and is beautiful to live with and may try to sleep on your bed with you if she likes you. She's great company and thankfully not a crazy meower.
