I’m a single female in my mid thirties. I have a Spoodle who is very friendly and well trained. I’m open to a housemate who also has a small friendly dog.

I’m a bit of an introvert extrovert. I can be a home body but I’m also social and would like a housemate who enjoys interacting. I would obviously like a housemate who is clean and considerate.

I’m pretty easy going overall. I’m just looking for someone who is dog friendly and reliable.

The apartment complex is really nice, it’s quite a large apartment and well located to public transport, nice parks and Nundah village.

This will be the 4th time I’m renewing the lease. The management are great at fixing anything needed quickly and without effort.

I work in recruitment and will possibly be working from home a couple of days a week (we have an external study area that can be shared plus designated office space in both of the bedrooms).

Clean, tidy and respectful. Someone who likes to chat a bit and share the space.
Description of pets
Spencer is a very well trained dog. He does get very excited seeing people come into the home though so he may jump on you at first. He only weighs 7kg though so it’s very easy to send him to his bed. Just not a home for people who don’t like dogs. He will leave you alone and doesn’t bark all the time or anything like that. Just gets excited when the people he knows come home.
