My home is a sanctuary. It’s a calm, clean and thoughtfully kept home with lots of natural light, indoor plants and an easy, relaxed feel. The courtyard is lovely for a morning coffee or winding down in the evening.
The street is quiet (no train or main road noise), yet only a 3-minute drive to Toombul station and Nundah Village with supermarkets and great cafes.
One of the things I genuinely love about living here is the neighbourhood. It’s friendly and community-minded — neighbours say hello, keep an eye out for each other and we occasionally get together for a casual drink or chat. It feels safe and settled, which makes a big difference.
