Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that is a short walk to Nundah train station (17 min into the city) and Nundah township. About a 10 minute drive to Chermside shopping centre. This area is lovely to live in, with cafes, gyms and weekly farmers markets all within easy walking distance.

The apartment complex is quiet and the place itself is incredibly peaceful despite being near a main road. The windows and glass doors keep all the noise out, and look out onto trees. There's also a large shared balcony with plants to relax on.

Your room has a big window letting in lots of light and fresh air when you want it. Your bathroom is the main bathroom and has a bath.

The place is equipped with an AC, a full kitchen with all the utilities you need, and a flat screen TV.

There is one parking space I'm happy to share - but there's also visitor parking and plenty of street parking.

I'm 26 (she/her) and originally from the Sunny Coast. I work full-time as a youth worker and I'm in my final semester studying Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Psychology.

I’m pretty active - currently marathon training and into running, gym, and the occasional hike. Also love watching footy, reality TV, or reading a good book in my downtime.

I’m keen for a friendly & relaxed share house where we can have a chat, the occasional wine or girls’ night but also really respect each other's personal space and privacy. Definitely more of a wholesome and peaceful home than a party house.
