The room has a built in wardrobe but needs a bed. It also shares bathroom with other house mate. The rest of the house is fully furnished with air con down stairs. Fully fancied house with entertainment/ court yard out the back.

The house is situated in Ipswich One mile area. Close to public bus transport and train station a short 5min drive away. also close to parks tennis courts football and softball fields. Coles, Woolworth, IGA and riverlink close by for all shopping needs. Close to UniSQ FOR students studying.

The rent covers your room and wifi only. power, water and gas are extra and are shared 3 ways between house mates. Food and toiletries are not included. The house would suit anyone non smoking with no pets. Open to LGBTQ people safe a friendly home.
