This is a four bedroom house, currently occupied by one Tennant. My room-mate has had to move due to work but is still paying rent and on the lease. Luckily he is able to stay for free with his brother in the town he is now working in. However we are seeking a replacement room-mate to take over his share of the rent and bond. On offer are two spacious rooms. This would suit person working full time. House is located in Oxley Brisbane in a very quiet neighbourhood.
