3 Bedroom town house with 2 and half bathrooms with shared downstairs toilet and living and kitchen area, close to public transport and shops. 10 minute ride to the cbd, plenty of uber eat options as lets be real who doesnt want to know that

You will have your own private ensuite with toilet and shower/bathtub set up. Throughout the house there are airconditioning and you get your own airconditioning in your bedroom.

The place comes fully furnished except for your bedroom and bathroom. If you have a car there is space for you to park it in the complex or on the road outside of the complex. The park in the complex is currently used by the old housemate so its easy for you to take over that parking spot.

You must be pet friendly as there are two ginger cats that reside on the property and they are soley inside cats only. The cats are toilet trained and are extremely friendly. We ask that when opening doors to go into the backyard or leave the house that you make sure the cats dont escape.This property is a quite property and if you are the type to have lots of parties or lots of friends over then this isnt the place for you.

When moving in you agree that the stay period is until January 2025. You agree to paying part bond. You agree to paying for your half of the electricity bill and internet.

The only bills that you need to pay are internet which is $64.50 a month, Electricity every quarter and rent which is $350 a week
