This room is downstairs and accessed via an external stairway. It’s the master bedroom of the house with ensuite and very quiet and dark at night. Cool in the summer as it’s the underground level, it has a nice long window so light still comes in from outside. It’s next to the garage which we use for bikes not cars (you can use this storage space if you need to). There is a large laundry and bench top/sink space down stairs which you can use for basic cooking if you don’t want to go to the upstairs kitchen. Ie- you could put kettle/toaster/electric cooker/bar fridge here. You are welcome to use the upstairs space which includes the main kitchen, seating areas, outdoor space and outdoor bathtub!

A lovely little unit with street entry and a front garden to enjoy. We have a small kitchen and lounge upstairs. A laundry downstairs which you can use as a basic kitchenette. We don’t own a tv but sometimes watch Netflix on our laptop. It’s only a 5-10min walk to local cafes and Woolworths on Jubilee tce, Paddington. Public transport close by.
