Hi potential house mates!

We are looking for someone who is looking for a clean and tidy space to call home, with a mid to longer term outlook (6 months)

Your room can be furnished or unfurnished. It is currently furnished with a king-size bed, TV and stand. It is a really good size, lots of light and features:

Built-in wardrobe with great storage, reverse-cycle air-conditioning + ceiling fan, flyscreens + security screens on all windows.

You will have access to a separate, private bathroom for your exclusive use. There is a share toilet next to the bathroom that is sometimes shared.

The home is fully furnished, with well-equipped kitchen, an open-plan living + outdoor entertaining area and had solar panels, security screens and fly screens throughout. There is a huge split system air conditioner in the main lounge room.

We have two dogs, so clean all the main/share living area’s and only ask that you keep your bathroom and bedroom clean, along with cleaning up the kitchen after use. We take care of the lawns and any yard work.

There are only two bills on top of the weekly rent, fast NBN and power, which are split equally. NBN is $79 per month (your share is $26 per month) and the power varies depending upon use. As a very loose guide, the power bill over summer was around $30 per week each.

All general cleaning products like, washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry supplies are all included (fair use).

Preferably no couples, otherwise the weekly rent will be $350pw + bills.
