Recently renovated, the house for 3 housemates consists of 2 separate, fully self-contained levels, each with its own kitchen, lounge/dining and bathrooms.
There's currently an ensuited bedroom available on the upper level.
If you don't need public transport, ours is very likely the most centrally located, best value option available.
10Kw solar system, air-conditioning in all rooms.
Located close to the airport DFO with 24hr Woolworths, eateries and fitness centre.
We are not under the flight paths.
Within a few hundred meters is the Trade Coast Hotel and Bistro, Sunshine and Gold Coast Highways.
We're also blessed with a large, but only lightly used boat ramp and parking area.
Pinkenba is somewhat like a village less than 15 minutes from the CBD and very little traffic between the 2 - no traffic crawl, even in peak hour.

About occupants
After a corporate career, my wife and I spend more time on our farm and travelling, than in Brisbane - we keep a room for our very occasional use.
Currently our 'Housemate' on the upstairs level is a single guy in his 40's, a supervisor in the city's major infrastructure projects.
Our Housemate on the lower level is a retired engineer; his main interests are the classic cars he collects and travel.
Compatible people
Our expectation is that all Housemates be considerate of the other Housemates comfort and needs; that they leave the kitchen and common areas clean and as they found them, immediately after each use, and share the responsibility and cost of consumerables to keep it clean. Respecting each others reasonable expectations is essential, so too is the thoughtfully sensitive communication of needs to other Housemates. If one feels the need for greater consideration, than is being given by another housemate, that needs to be thoughtfully communicated.
Every housemate needs to appreciate rooms are not sound proofed.
Garbage collection is very early Wednesday morning, so bins must be put out each Tuesday night. Do not leave empty boxes or bottles on benches or outside the garbage bin. Use the bins, ensure they always have bag liners and that their lids are closed to keep flies out, and limit any odors.
NO USE OF ILLEGAL DRUGS; not because of their illegality, but because it has been our experience their use can cause dysfunctional behavior and jeopardize the safety of other Housemates, neighbors and damage the house. One incident caused a neighbor extreme concern.
