Ensuite is available to rent, will be sharing with a mum and 5 year old. Kitchen and laundry are shared but there is a room next to ensuite that can be used for personal lounge room or office space. I work full time so only here on the weekends and at night, looking for someone working who is respectful and responsible.

About occupants
I work full time Monday to Friday and on the weekends I go out Saturday and clean the house sunday so it's refreshed for the following week. I have a 5 year old son, who is at school and goes to grandma's after school so will we will be home in the evenings and then Sundays on the weekend.
