We’re a relaxed couple who recently moved into this lovely home and are still in the process of making it feel warm and cozy. We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful, and easygoing to sublet an unfurnished room and share the space with us.

🛋️ Open living area with lots of potential and a welcoming vibe
🚿 One shared bathroom with great water pressure
🧺 Laundry with washer (and space to dry clothes)
🌿 Garden area – a work in progress but already a lovely spot for coffee or fresh air
🐾 Pets considered(No cats due to allergies)
🚗 Off-Street parking available / 🚉 Access to public transport
🎓 Close to QUT – great for students or staff

We’re not a party household — more into cozy nights than late ones — and we try to keep shared spaces clean and pleasant. We really value good communication, mutual respect, and a home that feels relaxed and genuine.
