I am looking for someone that needs TWO bedrooms for $330/week OR alternatively I would be willing to find 2 housemates $160/room & (shared bathroom).
For $330/week - TWO Bedrooms all to yourself. You would be getting the large Main bedroom with private ensuit PLUS another room. Would be perfect for an office if you WFH but do with it as you please. Bedroom can be unfinished or fully furnished if needed.
Couple would be $210 per person (bills not included)
OR willing to find 2 housemates for $160 per room with shared bathroom (bills not included)
Shared kitchen & large living area. The kitchen has a gas cooktop & electric oven, dishwasher & two full size fridges. The house has air-conditioning in the main living area. Security screens & fans throughout.
The house is fully furnished. Your bedroom can be fully furnished or unfurnished, whatever you prefer.
10minute Drive to Goodna or Redbank train station.
Express train from Goodna Station to Roma Street only 28mins.
3 minute drive to Coles, Woolies & heaps more.
Plenty of street parking.

I am a considerate housemate so I like to keep shared areas tidy. Would love to have regular housemate check-ins to give eachother a chance to communicate & make sure we are both happy with the living situation.

She spends the day outside when I'm at work but loves to be inside when someone is home. She is well behaved & doesn't jump on furniture. She sleeps in the laundry at night & is a great guard dog.
