In a pretty central location, 10 minute walk to the 524 bus route, taking you straight to Goodna station or the bus interchange at Town Square. 15 minute flat walk to Woolworths Mountview, Priceline pharmacy, a cafe and a medical centre. 10 minute drive to Redbank Plains Town Square which has all 3 major supermarkets (Aldi, Woolworths and Coles), a Target, Dan Murphys, various food places and medical facilities. Nearby to Centenary motorway, and about a 15 minute drive to Springfield Central.
Parking is driveway or uncovered street parking, garage is inaccessible currently due to being used as storage. Reversing is a much needed skill as driveway has a weird angle to it.

Hello! I'm Alana, 28 (almost 29) years old employed on a part time basis at the local liquor store. I work Friday - Monday pretty consistently. My days off see me either going to the beach with the dog or playing games on my PC. I do dabble in streaming sometimes, so you might hear me talking to myself on occasion. I've really begun to enjoy cooking so I am often in the kitchen in the evening making something new for dinner.
The other occupant is my mother, Sian (54f) who works as a FIFO worker with a 3 on 1 off rotation. During the week off it is likely she will be relaxing in her room, or possibly out camping, doing yard work, or just generally keeping a relaxed but busy schedule.
We both have a lot of things in this house, as you can see in the pictures. Puzzles, board games, plants and various collectors items from the different countries we've lived in.

The house is kept clean and tidy, but not to perfectionist levels — with animals around, there’s naturally a bit of fur here and there. We’d love someone who appreciates a cozy, lived-in space where things are displayed on shelves and everyone’s personality shows through. Ideally, you’ll be someone who enjoys contributing your own touches to make the place feel like home and values being part of a relaxed, respectful household. We ask that you’re either working on a permanent basis or studying full time, and you’re welcome to have friends over as long as a bit of notice is given (not excessive but a heads up so we can make sure the place is as fur free as we can make it). I am a morning person as work often has me working afternoons and close shifts, so I am frequently doing housework and activities anywhere from 9am so if you are on a similar schedule then it's perfect!
Description of pets
Baxter is a rambunctious 2 year old border collie who doesn't understand that not everyone wants to throw a ball 24/7. He loves a good cuddle and nap on the bed, or just somewhere in human presence. He also loves a good frozen treat in the form of chicken feet, chicken necks or his favourite which is a beef neck tendon. Take a handful of his little treats and scatter them in the yard to get his brain working, and he'll be your best friend.
Xena is almost 12 year old cat. She is quite timid, and will likely only be seen at breakfast or dinner time, unless I am carrying her around like a baby.
Frank and Beans are my two budgie boys. Full of personality, attitude, and a love for millet, these two boys will be chattering all day every day, especially if you happen to be making noise in the living spaces as well.
