Description of the home

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom town house. With one room available. It includes a queen bed and mattress and side table. There are currently 3 occupants that live in the house. We looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and friendly that will get along with everyone. The only bill that is not included is the Water usage (roughly $70 per person every 3 months). Home includes Broadband Internet, 60" smart TV, dishwasher, Air conditioning (downstairs only), and all rooms have ceiling fans. Small courtyard out the back.

There is a swimming pool in the townhouse complex, about 20 meters from the house. Parking for the master bedroom will be available in the garage. other parking will have to be in the complex.

Richlands trian station is only a 10 minute walk away.
goodlife gym, and Woolworths not even a 5 minute walk away.
And zonebowling only a 2 minute walk away.
