Description of the home

Hey guys, I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room. You’d be living with Keana and Jaxon (24 and 26). They’re both Kiwis - super chill, love a laugh, and both working full time so they’re out most week days. They enjoy their own space but are also social, so they’re looking for someone easygoing who’d fit into that kind of dynamic.

The house is in Azure's Saville complex, which is really quiet with lots of young families around, so it’s always super peaceful, welcoming, and we've never had any issues with neighbours. It’s about a 5-minute walk to grocery stores and fast food spots, around 10 minute walk to Richlands train station. There’s also a pool in the complex, plus a private back patio with a BBQ.

You'll be sharing the bathroom with our flatmate Jaxon - he's very tidy + organised!

The available room has ducted aircon, which is a huge plus in the heat. The downstairs living area is fully furnished. I’m totally happy to sell you my current bedroom items very cheaply (bed + small dresser + shelf) to save finding your own, or you’re welcome to bring your own furniture. There’s also a two-car garage, with a spot available for you and one of the other flatmates.
