• Study Access: You’re welcome to use the study for work or personal use whenever it’s not occupied.
• Rent: $350–$400 per week. This covers everything—electricity, water, and internet.
• Ideal Housemate: Someone who is employed, respectful, and values a calm, clean living environment.
• Move-in Terms: Just 2 weeks' rent in advance required.
