Expected to share household chores: Your main duties is to vacuum/mop level 1 regularly and whenever dirty. Keep kitchen and guest bathroom clean. Look after the cat - feed and clear litter- about twice a week shared with another tenant. All required to keep kitchen area clean and tidy and put back your items into assigned cabinets. Chores can be rotated, Currently one tenant does level 2 and another the garden areas. You can chill in the areas in the house and garden so long as you do not leave you belongings all over the house. Just keep your stuff in your room and designated cupboards. Kitchen utensils and equipment available for use with care.
