Description of the home
This house is located close to all three highways, very close to public transport (busses) and only 300m walk to the local shopping centre. There is plenty of yard space and potential garage parking. Air conditioning in every room, one room has brand new system. The house is not very large but is very homey and vibrant with most facilities being provided for you. A new oven and stove will be getting installed soon. I do have two beautiful dogs so if you don’t like dogs, this probably isn’t the household for you.

I haven’t got internet as of yet, I have just been hot spotting off my phone but it can be arranged with ease and cameras set up for comfort and security.
There is no gas bill but electricity with be split in half for the time you are here

It would also be a good space for someone who has a child that they either have full time or part time considering the second room at your disposal with two beautiful dogs to play with
-I also have my boy who is quite large, he is a 4 year old bull Arab with the most loving temperament you will ever see. He can be a bit much but he loves to play, he is not rough by any means but will chase any ball or toy you throw for him. He still thinks he’s a puppy and walks around with his favourite toy ducky that he cannot sleep without nine times out of ten
