Smaller room not quite large enough for a queen size bed as the door won’t fully open but with a double it’s fine. Has its own AC and ceiling fan. Shared bathroom and shower.

Current occupier is happy to leave their bed frame and mattress (double bed size) and the person moving in pay $50 for it.

Also can be without a bed if needed, if no one is interested will be without a bed once they move.

The ensuite will be available around the end of our current lease which ends on the 20/11/2026. The room may be available up to a week or two before the end of lease date as my housemate is moving and I am unlikely to take their room. The room has its own ensuite and walk-in robe to a bathroom/toilet. The room is quite large big enough for a queen bed and room to easily walk around every side of the bed.

Nice townhouse in a quiet suburb mostly families in the area. Conveniently situated, 20 mins drive to Brisbane city and nearby Aldi and Woolies. Beautiful area, 10 min walk from Salisbury train station if public transport is important.

House runs mostly on electricity, hot water is gas. The house has solar panels which feeds into the grid so electricity bills are cheaper.

To describe the house vibes, we like to do a games night every month roughly. We currently have a gym setup in the garage however I am hoping to sell this soon, so it will be just a normal garage (sorry to any gym rats).

To describe what I’m looking for in housemates would be tidying up after yourself, direct communication and no drugs/alcholics. Like I’m all for having a good time but not everyday. Also prefer people who are a part of the LGBTQI+ and neurodivergent.
