About the property
The house is an older style, medium size, fully furnished, except the room. It's not far from Coles and 3 good blocks to Queens beach.
It has a front and back verandah and a treed yard. It is quiet at night.
I also mow and whippersnip and maintain the outside.
You would have your own medium sized bedroom that has a floor to ceiling built in wardrobe. You would have your own bathroom as in the picture. With only 2 people in the house it makes it a calmer environment. Water and electricity come in around $20 each a week.
