Description of the home
Newly renovated home in a quiet leafy road. The available second bedroom is generously sized, has a built in wardrobe and ceiling fan but no other furniture.
There is a good sized kitchen with fridge/freezer. Off the kitchen is a dining area and a nook for a desk for studying or work from home activities.
The lounge area has air-conditioning plus my furniture. There is a separate toilet to the bathroom. The laundry has my washing machine and dryer plus a basin/cupboard.
The third bedroom is small and unoccupied but this is additional space.
Outdoor facilities include a paved area with a fire pit. Assistance maintaining the outdoor area and grounds is required. Parking is off-street but there is no carport or garage.
Singles only.
Internet and electricity are included in rental amount.
Inspections 5PM to 7PM Monday to Thursday, 1:30PM to 7PM Friday, and most hours on the weekend.
