Description of the home

My roommate is moving out approx the week of June the 8th. Therefore, i’m looking for a roomie!

Single room for rent in a three bed two toilet one bathroom townhouse. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, air conditioning are in the property. There is a cute little yard with some flowers and some sad looking strawberry plants that I am trying to keep alive. There is also parking in the complex!

House is furnished but not the room so you will need to bring your own bed/mattress/dresser etc.

The bathroom is currently being renovated and is expected to be finished in a couple of weeks but has a functioning shower/bath. Just needs the final touches done! Also can send pics of the bathroom if needed!

$250 a week not including bills, we split the electricity/internet equally between all who live in the place. Four weeks rent for bond on initial move in.

- 8 min drive from Logan hospital.

- 23 min drive from Brisbane CBD

- 42 min drive from the Gold coast.

Many, many local bus stops around with the closest train station being a 20 min walk away! Lots of local parks including a sports centre with biking, football, netball services.

Located near heaps of shops including BIG W, ALDI, Woolworths, BWS
