We have a large spare bedroom up for rent.
It has a large queen sized mattress, bedside tables, study desk, smart TV, built in robes with a private bathroom.
We are located in the Emporium Hotel, Southbank Brisbane.

The facilities in the building include a pool, sauna, steam room, gym, bbq facilities, etc. We have Woolworths, McDonald's, chemist, Sunlit Asian groceries
We have the Southbank train and bus stations located directly behind the building, only a 2 minute walk.
The Emporium Hotel is centrally located to QUT, Tafe, the Mater Hospital, Queens Wharf, GOMA, QPAC, Southbank parklands, Southbank beach, everything only a short walk away.

I am 54, retired from the military and love to stay fit and active. We have a 3 year old son and we love our home, with its proximity to Southbank and surrounds. We love spending time watching a good movie or out and about enjoying the parklands and the surroundings.
We also have a 16 year old chihuahua who spends most of his day sleeping or out and about with me.
My wife and I are easy going and are extremely approachable for anything at all.
We would have no problems if you wanted to join us in going to some of the many markets located around Brisbane of a weekend.
