I’ve just moved into this brand new 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home and am looking to rent out two rooms. I work full time and, due to work commitments, I’m only home a couple of nights a week, so you’ll have plenty of space and privacy.

The home has a large open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. There’s a modern, fully equipped kitchen as well as a 75" TV in the living room.

The house includes fast mesh Wi-Fi throughout and a dedicated home office. The home is still being furnished as it’s a brand new build, so the bedrooms are currently unfurnished, giving you the flexibility to make your room your own.

The location is quiet, a close drive to shops and parks, and the home is well maintained. I’m looking for friendly, respectful, full-time working professionals who are tidy, easygoing and appreciate having a clean and peaceful place to come home to.
