Single mum looking for someone to bunk in with us & help share the bills. I have 50/50 custody of a pre teen. So life can be a little hectic one week but super quite the next. I do have someone come and stay a couple of nights on my mum week to assist with pick ups and mornings. I work full time so not home a lot. Looking for someone respectful of our home, not up for a party life. We are clean and tidy.
Option 1 $350pw Master room aircon, ensuite & walk in robe is at the front of the house away from the other rooms.

Bedroom plus shared bathroom
Shared kitchen & lounge.
Bills included for the majority (if you pump the aircon 24/7 we may need to discuss the electricity bill etc)
